Toilets: Clean; remove all hard water deposits, rust stains and rings. Tubs/Showers: Clean entire stall, remove hard water spots and dirt build up on shower/tub floor and walls. Cabinets & Counter tops: Clean all counter tops, cabinets, shelves and drawers, inside and out. Kitchen Dishwasher: Run through cycle using bleach and water. Clean inside and out. Refrigerator: Clean all shelves, drawers and entire area inside and out. Wipe down walls behind and beside refrigerator. Stove and Oven: Remove all stains, grease, and food particles from entire stove and oven inside and out. Clean all knobs. Range Hood: Dust and clean any grease off top and inside. Sinks: Remove all hard water deposits, polish and shine all sinks and chrome. Clean all counter tops, cabinets, shelves and drawers, inside and out. Attic/Basement Sweep and mop floors. Clean any appliances inside and out. Clean walls and trim. Sanitize light switches and door knobs Hallway Clean stairs, railing, and ledges. Clean windows including glass, windowsill and tracks. Nonrefundable Security Deposit: To schedule a cleaning service with Alvord & Associates Cleaning Services, we require a nonrefundable security deposit of $25.00. This deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and reserve our team's time exclusively for your cleaning service. The security deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process. 2. Booking Confirmation: Upon receipt of the nonrefundable security deposit, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit guarantees your specified time slot and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your cleaning service. Payment Options: We accept the following payment methods for your convenience: a. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards. b. Cash: We accept cash payments at the time of service. Refunds: We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues during your service, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation promptly. Refunds will be considered in the following cases: a. Service Discrepancy: If you believe the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards, please inform us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a re-cleaning or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Problem Resolution: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues or concerns during or after your cleaning service, please contact our customer support team at 607-382-0461 or at alvordcleaningservices@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and to your satisfaction. Full payment is due within 24 hours of our team completing the job. There is a $25 late fee per day for unpaid invoices. We will attempt to collect payment for two weeks and then move forward with legal action including collections and/or liens. Any charges incurred from collection and legal expenses will be added to your invoice. We work hard to provide you with exceptional high quality cleanings.
